Where are you located?
Our office is in the village of West Babylon, on the beautiful South Shore of Long Island, New York. Our warehouse/distribution center is not open to the public and so the address is kept confidential.
Do you accept orders by snail mail or by phone?
All orders are accepted and processed solely through our website for two reasons:
1) Due to the fact that we deal in manufacturer closeouts, most often without the opportunity to re-stock items, using our online ordering system allows you access to our live real-time inventory. If it's not there, it's not available, pure and simple. When your order is placed, our inventory is automatically adjusted so that the item is held for you. If we received your order by snail mail, your desired item may have been sold already and then you would be disappointed.
2) Our merchant services provider is so secure that we don't even see your credit card number! If we were to take your order by phone, we would bypass that security measure, AND we would still have to process your order over the internet using our provider's secure processing center. So in the end you would still be placing your order through our online ordering system, but with the added step and time spent to pick up the phone and convey all the information.

The phone number listed goes straight to our President's mobile phone, so that customers can always reach us, but unsolicited sales calls are screened and returned only if there is an interest in the product or service being offered.
