We only received one of this lovely Cubic Zirconia heart pendant. The center heart-shaped stone measures 7x8 mm. It's surrounded by channel-set round CZ's. The pendant measures 1.3 cm wide by 2 cm long including the heart-shaped, CZ accented bail. The entire piece is crafted in .925 Sterling Silver including the 18 inch chain. Lovely!
