Multi-colored 16-inch strand of 7 mm multi-colored natural pearls are individually hand-knotted on silk with an 18k yellow gold plated clasp. Colors include alternating white, peach, pink and lavender colored pearls. Freshwater pearls differ from their vastly more costly saltwater cousins in their more natural round shapes with slight variations being the norm rather than the exception. Our current inventory has a mixture of rounds and off-round/oblong shapes with natural striations, for a more chunky, relaxed look rather than the more formal, symmetrical look of cultured saltwater pearls. No two strands are exactly alike, and we feel that this difference makes these pearls more versatile. They look just as good with jeans as they do with a business suit or that little black dress!
