Shipping Rates and Policies

All merchandise is carefully inspected upon arrival from our manufacturers and wholesalers for quality and workmanship prior to being offered for sale.  We specialize in locating discontinued styles, closeouts and general leftovers that are in their original factory packaging and first-rate condition.  We DO NOT shop for salvage, shelf pulls and otherwise possibly damaged merchandise.   If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will not sell it.  We do from time to time receive merchandise that is very slightly imperfect and we may offer it for sale.  In these instances the actual item is photographed and an accurate description of the imperfection is included on the product page - so that you can make an informed decision.  (We welcome any questions on an item as well.  Just be sure to include the item number in your request so we can reply accurately.) That's how we can confidently offer a 100% money back guarantee of the purchase price if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Your item must be in its original condition and packaging, and returned to us within 7 days of receipt.  Please include a copy of the packing slip to identify you and the item to us, and tell us if you want to exchange the item or return it.  Always insure any items being returned to us.  We cannot be responsible for any lost or misdirected packages.  Upon receipt and re-inspection, we will cheerfully make your requested exchange, or refund your purchase price on any item you are not 100% delighted with, using the same method of payment you originally used for your purchase. 

Shipping Costs

We are currently only operating in the United States.  Since most jewelry orders weigh 1 or 2 pounds at the very most, we’ve selected United States Postal Service Priority Mail® for the best rates and speedy service.  Priority Mail® arrives in 2-3 days and the Flat Fee is $6.00 per order.  The only time we'll charge more is for wholesale inquiries with large, heavy orders that may require special packaging.  Our Flat Fee shipping includes all of our fancy gift wrap packaging (boxes, satin bags and hand-written gift cards) for FREE.

 

Packing, Shipping & Delivery Times

With the exception of holidays or shutdown for vacation or physical inventory, we pack and ship orders Monday through Friday, and depending on the volume of pending orders, your merchandise will be picked, packed and shipped within 2-5 business days.  Delivery time will then be 2-3 days by Priority Mail®.  We will send you a shipping confirmation email including the USPS tracking number.  Prior to shipping you can track your order processing status any time by entering your order number on our Tracking Page. 

Sales Tax

Appropriate Sales Tax (8.625%) is collected for orders from within New York State.
